basic electrical definition

Charge

The electricity concept comes from an analysis of nature. We feel a force between two objects, that,  like gravity, this force acts at a distance. The source of this force has been given the name charge. we notice that electric force is far greater than gravity force. electric charges are two types first positive charge second negative charge. Opposite types of charge attract, and same types of charge repel. Gravity has only one type: it only attracts, never repels.

Definition of electricity:-

The flows of charge in one direction in a conductor is called electricity.

Types of electricity:-

             mainly electricity are two types
           1.alternating current(ac)
           2.direct current(dc)

Alternating current:-

An alternating current is a periodic current that a magnitude is a change with respect to time and reverts itself after the own period.

the waveform of  alternating current as the sine wave

Direct current(DC)

Direct current magnitude is the same for all time.

RMS (root mean square value)

If a wave is represented by an RMS value then it is the closest possible DC value of that wave. So RMS value is defined as the square root of means of squares of instantaneous values

Average value

an average value just considers the sum of all instantaneous values ( positive and negative).
